Note:  We can only order labels at a minimum of 14 rolls per order, so if you are only ordering one roll, we will hold your order until we have orders totaling at least 14 rolls.

Barcode size: 2" x .75" with rounded corners, or 2" x 5/8" for the barcode label portion of the double labels

Style barcode: 3 mil white poly

Barcode symbology: Code 39, Mod 43

Description:  Single barcode label (with optional) small separate eye-readable label

Price: $35 per thousand.

School name to be printed on the bar code labels: 

1st digit is 3 (type indicator, materials)    1st digit is 2 (type indicator, patrons)

3-letter LORI code:      (If you are using a fourth and/or fifth letter or number, write them in on the left side of the line below, and fill with zeroes as needed to the left of your desired starting number.  If your school is a member of the statewide library network, your 3-letter code should be listed on the OLIS web site at http://www.lori.state.ri.us/loripro/delivery/search.asp.  If your school is not a member of the statewide library network, a code may have already been assigned - please look for your school code at http://www.lori.state.ri.us/loripro/delivery/reservc.asp.  If you need to have a 3-letter LORI code assigned for your school, contact Chaichin Chen at OLIS: cchen@gw.doa.state.ri.us.)
